Idaho's law separating bathrooms and similar facilities in public schools by sex has been challenged under discrimination laws.
A Federal Appeals court blocked an Iowa school system's policy requiring school staff and students to use the preferred pronouns of others. Attorneys from the Alabama-based Foundation for Moral Law had a part in the court victory.
As advocated for in the Foundation for Moral Law's amicus brief, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled a public elementary school policy mandating the use of "preferred pronouns" unconstitutional.
