HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM JUDGE ROY MOORE AND THE FOUNDATION FOR MORAL LAW
November 24, 2010
While there is work left to be done, we have much to be thankful for during this Thanksgiving season. From our individual family blessings to the recent elections, I pray that your own life is full of thankfulness.
I am reminded of William Bradford's log entry on November 12, 1620, as the Pilgrims discovered the new world:
“Being thus arrived in a good harbor, and brought safe to land, they fell upon their knees and blessed the God of Heaven who had brought them over the vast and furious ocean, and delivered them from all the perils and miseries thereof, again to set their feet on the firm and stable earth, their proper element.”
This is the same land where we, too, set our feet each day. Thank you for allowing us to continue our work at the Foundation for Moral Law as we seek to return this Nation to a land where God's name is proclaimed from sea to shining sea.
The Foundation for Moral Law, a national non-profit legal organization, is located in Montgomery, Alabama, and is dedicated to restoring the knowledge of God in law and government through litigation and education relating to moral issues and religious liberty cases.
